2. What types of storage units do you offer?
We offer a variety of drive-up self storage units including 10x10, 10x20, 10x25, 10x30, and 14x30 units (with 12 ft. tall door and electricity). All units are drive-up accessible and monitored by security cameras. Our larger units are ideal for business storage, boat storage, and RV storage, featuring trickle-charging electrical outlets and lights.

3. How much do storage units cost?
Our storage unit prices range from $115 for a 10x10 unit to $325 for a 14x30 unit. Please contact us for current availability, specials, and exact pricing.

4. How do I access my storage unit?
When you rent online, you can choose your unit or let the system auto-assign one. The rental process is quick and easy. Once completed, you’ll receive a text and email with your personal gate access code and login information for your online portal. If you need help, just give us a call—we’re happy to walk you through it.

5. What are your facility’s security features?
Our storage facility includes:

  • Convenient location that is not overcrowded or off a busy main road, making access safe and simple

6. Can I access my unit at any time?
Yes! Tenants enjoy 24/7 access to their storage units for maximum convenience.

7. Do I need Tenant Protection Insurance?
No, Tenant Protection Insurance is not mandatory. However, we strongly recommend it if you want extra protection for your items. While our facility is secure, insurance provides added peace of mind against unexpected events.

8. How do I sign my rental agreement?
You will receive a link via email and text message to view and sign your month-to-month agreement. This link is available for 24 hours. If you miss it, you can log into your online portal anytime to complete the agreement.

9. What if I need to change units?
If you need to change units, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the transfer.

11. How do I make a payment?
